What does HEX do?
Hexperiences (HEX) is a technology-first events and exhibitions company in New Delhi, from the house of Quirky Kraft. We deliver brand activations and corporate events, exhibition stand design and fabrication, immersive technology and AV (AR/VR, projection mapping, hybrid events and live broadcast), and brand strategy and communication.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
Our studio is at C138, Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi 110028. We deliver across India and internationally, with experiences in 17 countries and counting, including Singapore and Thailand.
What kinds of events do you produce?
Conferences and summits, product launches, dealer meets, ceremonies and brand festivals, exhibitions, and hybrid or virtual events. Past work includes Google I/O Connect, BMW Joytown, the Honda Elevate launch, Rising India and the Raisina Dialogue.
Do you run hybrid and virtual events?
Yes. Examples include Google I/O Connect (2,800 participants, on-ground and online), the Google Developers Summit in Singapore (7 live streams and 5 breakouts), Rail Vikas Shivir (100+ railway offices connected live) and TERI’s World Sustainable Development Summit 2021 (virtual).
