Conceived by the Prime Minister to draw on the ideas of the Indian Railways’ own employees, Rail Vikas Shivir brought 1,000+ employees together for three days of discussion with the PM.

The challenge was the technical backend for an ultra-high-profile event attended by the Prime Minister, Union Ministers and 200+ senior officials and leaders.

Railway offices at 100+ locations were connected live and put up on a large screen at the venue, so they could interact with the PM and the Shivir panel in real time.
